How To Make It

This beef noodle soup is certainly is filling as it is satisfying. What I enjoy the most regarding this recipe, is the fact that it is extremely budget friendly and customizable, without having to sacrificing taste and enjoyment.

Here's how to make this beef ramen soup: First, gather these ingredients.

Cut and chop the carrots, Bok Choy, carrots, garlic cloves, grate the ginger, green onions and 1 mall onion, parsley, and slice the meat. Set aside.

In a large saucepan, add the oil. When heated through add the carrots and cook for about 5 minutes.

Next, add the Bok Choy, onions and green onions, and garlic. Stir well, cover and continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes. Lightly season with salt and pepper before covering.

Remove the vegetables and place the vegetables on a plate or bowl and set aside. Next add the olive oil and the meat. Allow the meat to cook for 5 minutes (stir in between). Then add the sweet chili sauce, stir well and the vegetables.

Next add the broth and water, ginger and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Add parsley then add the noodles.

Cook until the noodles are soft; about 7 minutes. Serve well with boiled eggs if desired. Top with parsley and sliced fresh green onions and sweet chili sauce.

Meanwhile, this is the perfect time to boil the eggs.

You may also cook the beef in a separate skillet in accordance to your level of consistency. Set the beef aside in a warm place until you are ready to use it.
